Last night before bed I read https://stephango.com/vault and I find it really interesting that he almost completely ignores folders. I’ve complained about this before, but the killer feature that kept me using Logseq for so long was that it treated folders as part of the wiki link which helped me really organize things.
But when in Rome - So, I’m going to try and embrace this chaos and whenever I have a new note its just going to be out in the open. Liberal linking should give all the structure that I need.
I don’t know exactly how to organize things in this manner. For example I’m currently interviewing with Bun, and also learning the tool. Should they be the same note? Should the title of the note have more metadata? I guess I’ll just figure it out as I go. If there is one thing I learned from the Obsidian subreddit is that planning is the enemy of good notes.
