I can’t tell if I fully recommend this software. I do still stand by that its the best tool for building a “ScrapNAS”, and it fits my needs well that I don’t have the money to buy all the storage I need up front. My main gripe is that it feels like an Open Source project not Paid Software.
Pain Points:
- Docker.img is really easy to corrupt
- Can’t backup Docker configs
- No Docker Compose support
- WebUI breaks frequently
- I wish it was easier to move files around by usage patterns, with my media needs there really shouldn’t be more than the one active (not including the parity) drive operating at a time.
