          No Knead Bread

            • Large Bowl
            • Dutch Oven
            • Scale
            • Refrigerator
          • Ingredients
            • 100% White Flour
            • 70% Water
            • 1.5% Salt
            • 1% Yeast
          • Process
            • Mix all ingredients
            • Leave in bowl covered overnight
            • Transfer to Fridge 3-5 Days
            • Shape Dough, sprinkle with flour
            • Cover with cloth for 2-4 hours
            • Bake in Preheated oven for 15mins with lid on, then 30mins with lid off
